The fine print
Refund and Cancellation
Written in plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to invite your family.
The one-time publish fee
Building a celebration is free. You pay a one-time fee for your chosen plan only when you publish, and that payment unlocks publishing and the hosting window described on the plan. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
Before you pay
Nothing is charged until you complete checkout, and you can close checkout at any point with your draft kept exactly as you left it. If money leaves your account for a payment that did not complete, the payment provider returns it to your payment method; write to us if it has not come back within a week.
When we refund in full
We refund the full amount when you were charged twice for the same celebration and plan, when a confirmed payment does not unlock publishing and we cannot put it right, or when we are unable to provide the service you paid for.
Once your celebration is published
The fee is final once your celebration is live. Taking your invitation offline yourself does not create a refund, and if your plans change the invitation stays yours for the full hosting window, so you can update the details and share it again.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds always return to the payment method you paid with, through our payment provider, and banks typically show them within 5 to 7 business days. When an order is refunded the celebration is taken offline and its guest links stop working. Your payment receipt stays available in
payments and receipts as the record of the payment.
