Privacy Notice

To run your celebration we store your phone number for sign in, the celebration details you enter, the guest parties you add, responses guests submit, and photos you upload. We keep only what is needed to deliver the invitation experience.

Guest links never contain names or phone numbers. A link resolves on our server to only the events that guest is invited to, so a forwarded link cannot reveal another guest's access. Personalized guest pages are never indexed by search engines.

Uploaded photos are stored in object storage. Only processed versions attached to your invitation are made publicly readable; original files stay private. You can remove a photo at any time from the Photos step.

When analytics is enabled, we ask first: Google Analytics 4 runs only after you choose Allow analytics on our consent banner, and until then no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. If you allow it, we send page titles and redacted route labels without query strings or internal record IDs. Private guest invitation pages are never tracked. Google may process technical browser, device, cookie, and approximate location data under its own privacy terms.

Accounts are for adults: you must be 18 or older to create a celebration. The guest details a host enters, such as names, phone numbers, and family headcounts, can include children in a family. The host confirms they have each family's agreement, from a parent or guardian where the guest is a child, before adding those details. We use guest details only to render the invitation and record replies, never for advertising or profiling, and a parent or guardian can write to us at any time from the Contact and Grievance pageto see or remove a child's details.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it from your privacy settings. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and complete it within one month. This notice will be reviewed against India's Digital Personal Data Protection requirements before public launch.
